Order Processing

All Studio Avelli orders require 1–4 business days to be carefully prepared and processed before shipping. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Processing time is separate from the estimated shipping time shown at checkout. During product launches, promotions, holidays, or periods of high order volume, processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping Rates and Delivery

Available shipping options, rates, and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout. Delivery estimates begin once your order has shipped and are provided by the shipping carrier. They are not guaranteed.

Studio Avelli is not responsible for carrier delays caused by weather, service interruptions, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking activity to update.

Shipping Addresses

Please review your shipping address carefully before completing your purchase. Studio Avelli is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.

If you notice an error, contact us at hello@studioavelli.com as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been placed.

Orders returned to Studio Avelli because of an incorrect or incomplete address may require an additional shipping fee to be resent.

Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages

Studio Avelli is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after the carrier has confirmed delivery.

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with members of your household, neighbors, and the shipping carrier. If the package remains missing, contact us at hello@studioavelli.com, and we will do our best to assist you with the carrier’s claims process.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, contact us at hello@studioavelli.com within seven days of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photographs of the item and shipping packaging so we can assist you.

Each Studio Avelli piece is thoughtfully prepared and carefully inspected before shipping. All purchases are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email hello@studioavelli.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and its packaging so we can review your request. If approved, we will offer a replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances and product availability.

Damage caused by normal wear, improper care or accidental damage is not considered a product defect.

Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. Studio Avelli is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or damaged after confirmed delivery.
